Axwell The Sunrise Radio Edit

Lyrics for Watch the Sunrise (Radio Edit) by Axwell feat. Steve Edwards. There's nothing more that I want Than to touch you To seek truth In your eyes The only thi.

Axwell, along with Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello is one-third of of what has become known as the Swedish House Mafia. Axwell, born Axel Hedfors in the Swedish countryside, found that music was in his system from a tender age. Playing the drums at the age of 9, he became frustrated with his fellow classmates who could not keep up; he traded his drums at the age of 13 for a computer so he could play all the instruments himself. Axwell released alot of acidtechno music made with Fasttracker2 in the years of 1995-1997 under the pseudonym Quazar (of Sanxion) and was featured in the intro of the warezgroup Hybrid's crack of the classic computer game Worms 1.

During this time he also competed in music competitions, most notably at the demo party Hype in southern Sweden. During the mid-2000s, Axwell rose to prominence as a solo artist. His hit Feel the Vibe was very well received on European dancefloors, and once the track soon picked up support from a host of big DJs it was re-released with a vocal, reaching #16 in the UK charts. Other famous tracks include Watch the Sunrise as well as dance music remixes of Hard Fi’s Hard to Beat and Roger Sanchez’s Turn on the Music.

With five Grammy nominations and a bright, distinctive sound, Axwell (real name Axel Hedfors) is a member of the EDM supergroup Swedish House Mafia and a solo DJ/producer who launched his name as part of the gay club scene in Europe. He has also been a member of the Mambana collaboration (with Isabel Fructuoso), with whom he was signed to Soulfuric Recordings and issued a number of singles. He first hit the Billboard dance chart hit in 2003 with the single 'Burning' (a collaboration with Robbie Rivera and Suzan Brittan), while 2004 saw the release of 'Feel the Vibe,' a hit that would surface again in 2005 as 'Feel the Vibe ('Til the Morning Comes)' with singer Tara MacDonald adding new vocals.

Save The World

The year 2005 also saw the release of the dance hit 'Watch the Sunrise' with Steve Edwards on vocals, along with the formation of the DJ's own label, Axtone. In 2006, he would form the project Supermode with fellow producer Steve Angello, while in 2007 the pair was joined by DJ Sebastian Ingrosso for a DJ set in Ibiza under the name Swedish House Mafia. Two years later the trio signed a major-label recording contract with EMI and made their commercial production debut with the summer 2010 anthem 'One,' also known as 'One (Your Name)' (the latter version featured Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes on vocals). The song was a Top Ten hit in the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Belgium, and landed on the group's debut album, 2010's Until One. Two years later the group members announced they were breaking up and returning to their solo careers, although only after a farewell tour and the release of their second album, 2012's Until Now. That same year, Axwell's remix of Ivan Gough & Feenixpawl's 'In My Mind' turned the track into a smash hit and earned Axwell a Grammy nomination for best remix.

Mambana

He followed it in 2013 with the solo hit 'Center of the Universe,' along with another collaboration with Ingrosso, the single 'Roar.' The two DJs officially formed the duo Axwell & Ingrosso in 2014, performing at festivals and releasing singles such as 'Something New' and 'Can't Hold Us Down.'
